Ryan Onda5Dave Anderson is a complete banking genius. I'm surprised he's not running the place!!!!!! He fixed ALL of my problems quickly and efficiently. Luisa Whitehall the Manager was excellent as well. She was very cordial and directed me to the right person for the job. I can't say enough about Dave Andersons professionalism , knowledge, caring and respect. I was about to leave TD. I think I'll stick with Dave!!!!

Thinkers Only1DON'T DEAL WITH WIRE TRANSFERS and deposits here. We have been banking here for several years, and there were already 3 instances. -1- old lady cost us wire transfer money when we bought our house, because she cant do her job, she had all the info on the paper, and she screwed it up, we were going through enough stressful paperwork, we had to redo the wire transfer when it was told us money wasnt there, we spent another 40 dollars. -2- the reason im writing this review, had to take money out, and deposit to another account. (another girl, not the same old lady) She gave me hundreds of dollars withdraw SLIP , but didnt put the same money on the acct was given. So for 6 days i had no idea that the money wasnt there, i found out, and went to the bank, it was sent to the wrong acct, because the girl was supposed to look at the screen, to make sure it goes to the right acct. The manager, Dave is the only capable person there. Its humans who are incapable of doing basic tasks anymore.

Jesus D. Mendez1It's 1AM and I needed to deposit some money, finding the door to the ATM Area is Locked? That's the first time it has happened, when I deposit towards the late night hours before. It's always been unlocked, did someone maybe forget to unlock that door?

Bill Loonstyn1I’m leaving this in the hopes someone will reply to me and give me a number to call that at the very least I can leave a message with. I called numerous times Saturday and they don’t even have a machine that picks up. On Saturday a teller deposited A large deposit amount of my money into an account that is not mine. Now my employees checks are going to bounce and who’s going to cover the fees. TD says they have no record of it so I can only deal with the branch that made the mistake. I live one hour South of here so now I have to drive up and miss a substantial part of my Monday hopefully getting my own money back. I just hope they do the right thing this morning. This is causing a butterfly effect they can’t even imagine.

Heather Moore5Today I had to make a deposit at this branch and was running late for an appointment. In a warm, welcoming lobby I was greeted by a smiling lady who took me to the counters, the staff at the counter was most efficient. Their prompt and helpful service, which enabled me to make it on time for my appointment. Thank you!

Ebony Elliott1I would honestly have to say that this is the worst experience I’ve ever had at a TD Bank branch in my life and trust me I’ve had a few bad ones. I want to start off to say that the supervisor that I dealt with on May 11,2019 has to be the most unprofessional supervisor I ever dealt with in my life, she made me feel more like a criminal then a customer and I have been banking with TD bank since January 2018. For a supervisor to look at a check that I deposited into my account and tell me that my check looks fake and that’s the reason why I have to wait six days for my check to clear if it clears... then proceeds to tell me that if my check doesn’t clear and it comes back as fake that my account will be closed for fraud. Since when was it protocol to tell a customer that has deposited a check into the account that your check looks fake??? How would you know if a check is fake or not??? What makes you think my check is fake when the company is real the account number it came from is real and I have all the evidence attached to the check that you refuse to even look at ?!?!? She then proceeds to lie to me and tells me that she called the bank representative that was on my check and states that that account has never written a check before that my check is the first of its kind... yet when I called the bank myself and spoke to a store manager he stated otherwise and when I called her back and called her out on that statement she got upset that the store manager gave me information about my check and proceeded to tell me that she no longer wanted to help me because someone else was trying to help me. Unless your staff at TD Bank knows for sure that someone’s check is fake don’t make them feel like they’re a criminal, because that was my experience today I never felt so low in my life after talking to her feeling so helpless and hopeless. But it’s OK because God doesn’t like ugly and she’s going to feel real stupid once my check does clear in my account then what is her excuse going to be then; that my check still looks fake ?!?!? Poor excuse of a supervisor, poor excuse as a person. My name is Stelesha Elliott and I will be returning on Monday to speak to the branch manager to discuss this issue in person. I highly advise anyone never to bank with TD Bank and if you have the option to go to Bank of America or Chase or SunTrust or any other bank besides this one I advise highly to do so because TD Bank is not the most convenient bank!!!

Patrick Young1Lady at the teller window at the drive through is extremely rude. You would think in a national pandemic that someone would be alot nicer judging by how things are nowadays but not at this branch. Worst service ever.

Braiden Smith1Do not try to open an account at this branch , or online and go into this branch afterwards. The assistant manager belittled me and embarrassed me and my wife and son. He stated that despite TD banks mistake of opening our account online , that I owe some mysterious balance and that he would be confiscating my debit card with my personal information on it. He acted like he was some type of police officer of judge and could do whatever the hell he wants. Very poor customer service and untrained employees. Stay away like the plague. By the way, this moron said he would keep my debit card and close my account, but hmmm ... my account is still open. I will be filing a complaint and contacting my attorney to verify the legalities of this situation. Do not bank here!!!

Andrea Bergman1Terrible bank overall. The worst decision that I made in 2019 was to open an account with TD Bank. This particular branch has a totally unprofessional staff - amateurs in the world of banking and finance. Would not recommend anyone who values the money that they earn to entrust TD Bank with it.

William Dart4There seem to be a lot of bad reviews, all I can say is that I've been going there for a couple of years and am happy with their service. Everyone has been friendly and helpful. I am looking forward to when they get back to their regular (Pre-Corona) late hours, that is the main reason I went there in the first place.
