  I have had several floor plan companies, I gotta say that VAC is one of the best ones out there. I have been with them for several years. They’re very helpfully, went out of their way to help me source the best vehicles for my business. They are informative and very friendly.

  My husband and I own 24/7 Motors Superstore out of Mt.Washington Kentucky. We have used other flooring companies but have never been as satisfied with them as we are with VAC. Christina calls me with updates often and I appreciate that because we are busy people and sometimes don't have time to sit down and pull our account up. Never have they "lost" titles or "forgot" to overnight them to me. It is a very professional buisness and very recommended.

  I have been working with this company for a few months. First of all they release ONE TITLE at the time so if you sell 4 cars you have to wait and get the titles one by one!!! secondly their charges are unbelievably high actually higher than all other floor plan companies. If you seriously considering to become bankrupt do business with Vehicle Acceptance. They are gonna harass you and drag you down. Their curtailment is significantly higher than their competitors. Find a better floor plan company if you could not make sure you negotiate all the rates and charges on the beginning.

  All I can say from the 3 other floor plans I got VAC is my favorite. Easy to deal with , very helpful , if you ask for anything or got question they will take of it fast. With VAC u breath better. Great company to deal with. A+++++++ to my Rep LISA 👍
