  We've been a customer of this bank for years, depositing funds from a business account used by our client with absolutely no issues. Some idiot decides to put a hold on this same check without any explanation. The fat a$& branch manager does nothing for us. Good riddance to this awful place. Going to USAA.

  Staff were nice. However, I was appalled when they wanted to charge me a $25 closure fee on my checking account. Even Wells Fargo, the worst of the worst, doesn't do that.

  The drive thru at this plus is so tight it's hard to get our large SUV in without hitting the island curb. Vectra's online banking system isn't that great either, constantly down causing us to call customer service and get it working again. Huge hassle going elsewhere.

  We tried this bank but was really disappointed for several reasons. The location is in a busy strip mall area where getting in and out is sometimes a real challenge. The drive-thru has a very hard turning radius so if you drive a bigger vehicle it is difficult to get into the teller and ATM lanes without backing up and starting over. While the local people are pleasant, the 1-800 customer service people are awful to deal with. Long hold times and lots of poor attitudes is what you can expect. We stopped our relationship with them after just 2 months.

  We have our business account through vectra & they always Provide great customer service! All the girls are wonderful there, we mostly work with Angela, she knows exactly what we came in for & has us in and out within minutes.

  The ladies down there, as well as Charles are all fabulous. They are super personable and have been willing to go the extra mile for me. I am especially fond of Nancy she has been a life saver!

  The ladies who work here are super nice and always helpful when I go in. I have yet to have a problem with this bank and I've been going there for about a year now
