  I have been with SSFCU for many years and have always had an exceptional experience but today was the best by far. The security guard opened the door for me and greeted me as I entered and wished me well as I left. I felt like royalty! The lady at the counter was prompt and helpful at answering questions. Their online app makes managing money simple and secure. I have talked to their financial advisor regarding, investing, credit cards, saving for college, and had statements endorsed. Everything runs very smoothly at this branch and they do an amazing job! This is definatly a full service bank and not just a place to keep your paychecks. I highly recommend this bank over any other I've dealt with in the last 15 years or so!

  My experience was fantastic opening an account with Ninfa. I have never written a review for a bank. However Ninfa was extremely knowledgeable and tought me so much about all the insensitives SSFCU has to offer. I think I found a bank for life!!

  Finally a bank that wants to earn you’re business. The people I spoke to about mortgage refinance options actually acted like they wanted to earn my business by offering innovative finance solutions with options for any homeowner scenario be it a purchase or refinance. They were also the first bank I spoke to that offered a 0 point, 0 origination no closing cost refinance. I highly recommend you go by and talk to them at their convenient location in the Springs.

  Ninfa Hernandez, I have been with another Credit Union for many years. She is about to convince me to change to Security Services. She is very very very very good at what she does. I'm a Contract security guard. Covering this Branch for a fellow worker's day off. Ninfa is amazing.

  I'm just moving all my banking over to here. And iv had my car loans here and ever time I come in I get all my questions answered and I get all I need. And that staff will sit down and share stories with u to make u fill more at home.
