  My husband and I were very impressed with Vault Mortgage and David Garcia and Nile Mashaka. They were the most patient people I have ever met. Both of them were always there to answer our questions and keep us up to date on our refinance process. What can I say, David was even there on weekends when I got worried and sent him an e-mail. Within a short time, he would answer by calling us. I would call early in the day or later in the evening thinking I would leave a message for the next day but David or Nile would always get right back to me and answer any questions or concerns we had. The process went very smooth and we can't say enough about them both. From the first time we spoke with him and all during the refinance process, the appraisal process and finally signing the loan docs. Everything went like clock work and they were there all the time to smooth the way and answer questions. They actually called us every 2 days to check in if I hadn't called him. He wanted to be sure we were all on the same page. I have never met David or Nile but hopefully if either of them is traveling through the desert some day, they will call and pay us a visit. I would like to personally thank them for a job well done. Thank you David and Nile for your team of experts.

  David Garcia was instrumental in securing a loan for my new house in record time as well as a refinance of my condo in seemingly under a week. He works all hours of the day and has always been more than willing to go out of his way to get my the paperwork I need to sign in a timely manner. Best of all - he's incredibly patient with all the layman questions a first/second time homebuyer has. Go with Vault!

  Being a 1st time home buyer I thought the whole process would be long and difficult. Let me tell you David and his staff from Vault Mortgage made the entire process from start to finish so easy and fast. I was so impressed with their attentiveness to helping us. I couldn't be more please with the amazing service we received. They went above and beyond to make everything happen they made everything happen in less than a month! How awesome is that to find a home and within that month they made the deal happen and we closed in less than a month! These guys know what they are doing and are amazing at it!   Mr. Lawrence Kinsey should train other lending agents on going above and beyond. He is knowledgeable, patient and most responsive to the needs of borrower. He addressed every question and responded to every concern in a timely way easing my anxieties throughout the process. He even called to congratulate me when the loan funded and assured me that he'd be available if any problems arose.   My wife and I have been client of David Garcia at Vault Mortgage since 2010. We refinanced our condo and were able to lower our overall monthly payments AND turn our 30-year fixed loan into a 15-year fixed. David worked with us every step of the way and made the process easy. Just over a year later, another, larger condo unit in our complex came up for sale, and we decided to buy it and rent out our smaller unit. We needed an FHA loan, and our realtor hooked us up with a mortgage broker, but we were VERY uncomfortable with his methods and found some disturbing information about his company on the web. So, we contacted David, and he really went to bat for us, working tirelessly to secure our FHA loan when things looked grim. Within less than 3 months, the condo was ours! Since then, when property values were going up, David helped us refinance both of our condos, including getting out of our FHA loan and into a conventional loan for our primary residence and, once again, lowering our overall monthly payments.   My wife and I went to see Joshua Willis at Vault Mortgage Group originally to get a second opinion as we had already established a relationship with another lender. We were first time home buyers and a little nervous about what that would entail. We sat down with him and ran our credit and some numbers and it was evident we had a far better deal with Vault than what we had been offered elsewhere. They provided us with different options that were not previously offered to us. We came out of the meeting smiling and more positive about the purchase of our future home. When we found a property and got our offered accepted, Joshua guided us every step of the way, and really came through for us. Thank you Joshua.

  Nick is the man! He made my refinance so easy! His company went way above and beyond to help me. The notary came at 10pm at night so that I could sign and close in a timely fashion (my schedule is crazy). Not to mention the incredible monthly savings!   I am so blessed to have Nick Gouche of Vault Mortgage. He contacted us to inform us that we qualify for a decrease in our mortgage payment and would save on not having to pay for 2 months during the refinance. It is amazing to have someone looking out for you to save us money without us having to ask. I appreciate Nick and Vault mortgage for all they have done and continue to do for us! I am so grateful to Vault Mortgage specifically Nick Gouche & Richmond Kodua. They worked extremely hard to rescue my deal after a mishap with my credit. I thought all was lost yet, they were steady on the job. When the credit issue was repaired, they informed me as they had never given up hope. We had 2 weeks left to close and they worked tremendously hard to make it happen. Tomorrow, we record and my husband and I own our first home! I cannot thank them enough for the hard work and dedication. They took care of us as if we were family. The personable approach helped us trust them with such a big decision. I thank them sincerely from the bottom of my heart and look forward to refinancing with them soon!! 12-4-14 I was minding my life paying my mortgage initially done by Nick Gouche and Richmond Kodua. I have a PMI included in my payment and am awaiting an increase in equity to get out of it. Nick and Richmond called me the moment interest rates dropped. "We can't get out of the PMI but we can save you some money!" What a blessing! Nick, Elaine, and Richmond refinanced our home saving us $110 a month we didn't pay anything out of pocket and were reimbursed money from our escrow account. Vault Mortgage is AMAZING! Thank you guys!
