  What a pleasure! Jeff Pesner has help me and my family lower our interest rate! I was ready to never refinance any of my properties again after working with a Major Mortgage Lending Company that was unprofessional and made promises that they had no intention of keeping.   I had initially signed up with Lending Tree in searching for refinance offers on my home loan, and Jeff Pesner from Clear Capital contacted me the following morning. I felt that while his approach felt professional, he also came across more casual or warm, and less "corporate" like some of the others that contacted me. He was very responsive in answering my many questions throughout the process and made it all go very smoothly in finding me a good rate. I thought so highly of his service that I recommended my mother talk to him since she was also considering a refi!
