  The only credit union I use in Arizona, and no other banks either. Sad to see them close the San Manuel branch where I live, however I have to pass by their Catalina branch every time I go shopping in Tucson so I'll just chalk that up to careful management.

  Very disappointing. We've had a business account with this bank for a couple years. It was a complicated process to say up the account and even the most minor change requires extender measures within their policies. They've blocked my debit card twice for reasons even they cannot explain, helps my deposit for too long, but turned card back on without additional calls, and won't give counter checks. They have my money and make it nearly impossible to retrieve it! *Update...2 months later they reply to this review lol. Sorry, I will be closing the account soon and going with a less complicated bank for our business.

  That bank is the worst service ever and the atm is always broken or drive thru drunks throwing up in the parking lot near the atm where people touch it and pissing on the atm gross we bank with canyon community bank now in catalina branch

  I did my research and this credit union has great ratings. I went to the Catalina branch where Kimberly set up my checking and savings accounts. Not only was she warm and friendly but professional at the same time. Shawn, the branch manager, even came in to welcome me to the branch and to see if I had any questions for her. The process was quick and efficient but I never felt like I was being rushed. The same goes for their teller Kathie. As I was making my first deposit she made sure to explain my deposit slip to me. I would definitely recommend!

  Worst. Bank. Ever! Long long long lines for drive thru...only ONE! And the ATM is always broken or outta service. Come on! You're better than this

  I have had many issues as well as mistakes made on my account over the past year. Payments and checks being held and not being posted for long periods of time. The employees are very unproffessional and unwilling to address my concerns and my requests to have management do an inquiry and look over my account. I also had an embarrassing encounter in the middle of the office with the man that stands behind the counter. It should have been addressed with a manager in private. My last phone call I requested a manager to look over my account with no response. I am done with these people and am changing to a more competant bank asap.

  Got the right at 1pm when they were closing and instead of turning me away they opened the door and took care of my banking needs.. most places wouldn't do that... they'd pretend not to see me...

  They change their online options willy nilly, without notifying their members. They claim 24/7 support, then tell you they’ll get back to you in 1-2 business days. I’ve been with them for about 12 years, but after my experience today, I’ll be switching to a real bank that actually cares about their customers. I cannot even access a current statement as I’ve always been able to do in the past. STAY AWAY from Vantage West unless you want to go in person for everything!😡

  No night drop at Catalina location. Very inconvenient

  Thank you for the feedback Steven. We apologize for the inconvenience. The format of this branch is unfortunately not conducive to having a night drop feature. As an alternative, many of our Members elect to utilize the ATM for after-hours deposits or to visit our closest night drop location at our Northwest Branch location on Magee road off of Oracle.
