  I am writing this review on behalf of the Aslaksen family. I extend my gratitude to the entire staff of the OneAZ Credit Union located at 10718 N Oracle Rd Oro Valley, AZ 85737-9338. However, one staff member stands out even among the others who have provided wonderful service. Tanya Case has provided exemplary service. My family first met Tanya not under the best circumstance as we were there to close an account and to discuss how we move forward after the passing of my father. Tanya treated us with compassion and concern. She has continued to provide excellent service as my leaning curve continues to progress not in the most linear fashion as I have had to assume the role of CFO of my family. As banking services are going through a shift from traditional non-digitized processes supported by bank employees to fully online and self- serve; Tanya and the staff at OneAZ Credit Union in Oro Valley epitomize the idea that technological advances don’t always mean improved.   Great bank! Super friendly and helpful staff. Aubree answered all my questions and set up an appointment with Tanya to open a new bank account! Tanya was able to open a new account for me with in 30 min and I even left with a new debit card! Thanks OneAz!!

  One AZ Credit Union is a new build that provides free parking with drive thru and/or walk up ATMs for you account needs. Wheelchair accessible lobby with friendly bankers that are very helpful.

  Thanks so much to the staff at the OV branch of One AZ credit union! From the manager to the very first person you see when you walk in the door - they are all there to help. We love banking there and have never had anything but fantastic service and great people to work with.

  We found the Oro Valley branch of OneAZ Credit union when we were researching business banking options for our small business. Admittedly, OneAZ wasn't on our short list to start as we had planned on just settling for one of the bigger banks we are all used to seeing on every corner in town. But after having several trusted colleagues, as well as friends and family, suggest we look into OneAZ in Oro Valley we made an appointment to gather more info. The rest is history! On the day of our appointment we were promptly greeted by the branch manager Cindy who immediately made us feel welcome and comfortable. We were introduced to Sharon, one of the personal bankers, who provided all the information we needed to know about OneAZ's business banking options available to us and made our decision very easy. The process of opening a business checking and savings was straightforward and low stress from start to finish. We really appreciated the entire team's care for our time and how smooth the whole transaction was carried out. We are so grateful for our banking relationship with OneAZ Oro Valley and proud to consider them valued partners.
