  Love this branch, its brand new and there's no waiting line so you can expect to come in and out ASAP. I had a wonderful experience I'm just completely satisfied with the level of customer service they offer from the very moment you walk in there is somebody greeting you. Ask for Zorina, she is very attentive and eager to help you.

  Went into the bank today (Tuesday) and was told by the Manager to come back two hours later as they did not have time to open up our account. We are new to AZ and never heard of such a thing and the Manager seemed surprised when we walked out. If you need more staff hire them - your Chase Manhattan Bank for Christ sakes! Zero customer service.

  I deposited a legally endorsed check into my account using the ATM in their drive-thru. The next day the deposit was reversed, so I call the bank a 7:40am and left a message. I call six additional times before I finally got someone that didn't refuse to help and they told me their was nothing they could do. The check would be mail back to me for re-deposit. 10 days later I still hadn't received my check; it was apparently lost. Unhelpful, Unwilling, and defiantly Underemployed to do anything. No it has been over 30 days and I am still trying to the the issuer of the check to reissue. DO NOT BANK HERE. They could care less about you and will mismanage your transactions.

  The ATM says it will cost you 3 dollars but then they charge you a extra 1.5 on top of that. If you need money from a ATM keep find another bank.

  This place doesn’t have tellers or cash. Lol, what is the point of having a bank without money?

  Don't bother going here not a real branch can't make a normal cash deposit can only do atm deposits. ... IMO this is a completely pointless building.

  I do not bank with Chase. However, I was pleased with the courtesy and professionalism that I was met with when I inquired about potential banking and credit cards.
