  A predatory, nasty organization that will quickly hit anyone with fees and take their money. Anything they do wrong is "never" their fault. And if you ask them to adjust or help, they act like they are doing you a favor. "Just this once". They are rude and hurtful and perpetuate everything that is wrong with the banking industry today They have no issue with ripping off a person with disabilities..

  My favorite location. People are super friendly, conversational and give great service. I go both inside and through the drive through. Both provide great service. I love going on Fridays for their freshly popped popcorn. This place gave me a second chance at establishing an account with them. After a year of responsible banking, the conditions on my account changed (in a good way). This was very instrumental and helped me develop stronger banking skills. I really enjoy using their app. I am able to check my balances and transfer money from account to account. It's simple and convenient.

  The staff is always exceptional at this location. They have a drive-through however I usually go inside. They do not have the traditional bank teller set up here. At this location you will go up to a video screen and send your money through the regular tubes and you also receive your money the same way.

  Hidden Fees. They told us and it states right on their website that there is $0 minimum balance on their basic checking account. No asterisk by the $0 in the checking column. If you go to the right one column, it also says $0 Fees. Only this has an asterisk beside it. After scrolling through the fees section, it states there is a fee for having a minimum "aggregate" balance of less than $3,000 between your checking and savings accounts. It's not only false advertising. It's bait and switch. This is not a trustworthy credit union.

  The aggregate isn't just looking at deposits, it also takes loan and credit card balances into consideration.

  Vantage Credit Union is the worst credit union I have ever dealt with. We have used Neighbors, Scott Credit Union and First Community Credit Union for loans and banking and never had issues. We had a Visa card thru Vantage and every other bill they would slap on a late payment fee even if the bill was paid a week early. My husband has wasted more time going in and fighting with them about our apparent late payment that even posted on our next bill as early. It is asinine. We have closed our account with them and would never recommend this credit union to anyone. They have wasted our time. Terrible customer service, terrible accounts.

  So It's my fault that I fell behind a month and a half. But I set up a payment in full to be taken out on the 16th and told them the money would be there as soon as the bank opened . But they tried to take it out at 8:15 . Banks don't open until 9am . So it didn't go thru . They didn't call me or anything and now my trucks repossessed and it's Saturday morning and they want me to send 2 check stubs and fill out an app . It's going to cost me 1200 by Monday to get my truck . And they repossessed it at 7am Saturday so I couldn't get it taken care of right then because they weren't open yet . Plus the repo guy told me it would be right back it is paid at 9am . Not tri told they credit reolutions guy not ro take it out until 9am . Thanks vantage . Worst bank ever .

  This company is the worse bank I have ever been to so that won't cash a check that was written out to me until October 19 so I can't get my money that I work for 19 days. I will never go to your bank and I will tell everyone that I know, to never go to this bank or any company that are affiliated you.

  We apologize for not being able to cash your check immediately. When cashing checks for non-members we do require them to come into our lobby for verification, but are unable to do so right now due to COVID restrictions.

  This is such a great branch... small enough to know all the people and yet big enough to get everything you may need done. I moved my investments there from a big brokerage and if you haven't met Hans Smith yet well your loss- on many levels! There is not one thing bad about this branch.

  Friendly staff, but more importantly knowledgeable and helpful staff. Convenient, comfortable – my place to handle in-person transactions.

  Every time I go there the staff is helpful and friendly. I've never gone in and not accomplished what I have gone in for. Recommend.
