  I was banking with this credit union for two years. Most unfriendly people I have ever met. They never greet you when you come inside or when you pull up thru the drive through.

  Okay, I bank here, and I'm glad my family and I do! We were at a national Bank for years, we we're just a number, and when we wanted to speak with someone, we were ushered into a room, then the person picked up a phone, called someone, put it on speaker, and left. We were left with a phone and someone we did not know, couldn't see, and didn't know us or our needs. We moved to Vantage because they are local, they know us, our family, and help us with our needs. They are extremely friendly and helpful. We get great rates and very personal service. If you find a better banking system anywhere, I'd love to hear about it, but I won't hold my breath.

  Really great if you love overdraft fees with no notice and if you need someone to tell you how to spend your money and force you to use them as a broker.

  Workers are always helpful and polite other customers are just horrible I have no vehicle so I have to walk in heat to get to atm to get money while people in car with ac are willing to try to force me out of the way by getting as close as possible I dont know what to do I'm out of options..

  Don't not bank with these people they left me high and dry and did nothing to help. Me now im stuck out on the road until Saturday with no money.

  I had my home loan with vantage for years and am having some issues. Keith Eckberg has went above and beyond to help me to get it resolved. Keith is a 5 star customer service professional and I appreciate everything he is doing!! Thank you!!
