He is quick at crossing off all the details required to close a loan. He is truly an expert in every step of closing. Our process was smooth and efficient. It was a great experience.   Being a first time home buyer, all the information was new to me, which at time was hard to comprehend. Paige Ringkamp did a fantastic job at explaining the paperwork I had to sign. She was also very patient, and helpful dealing with the abundance paperwork, which was needed to make this happen. I had talked to a few different lenders during my home buying process, and I would say she went above and beyond her job.
