  My husband and I worked with Alejandro and had an absolutely great experience. We cannot say enough great things about him. He was able to communicate with my spouse who’s first language is Spanish, and explain everything thoroughly to both of us in Spanish and English. He was extremely responsive, always available via phone or text or email, and was very interested in working with us for the best possible outcome.   I can not say enough good things about Chase and Jacki. They are the best team, though out the whole adventure of buy our first home. We truly could not have done it with out them.   We worked with Chase and Jacki to refinance my mom's house -- and they were both fantastic! The application process was very simple and straightforward, and both Chase and Jacki were extremely responsive and helpful with any questions or concerns we had. Chase worked with different lenders to get mom a great rate, and Jacki stayed on top of everything the entire way and made sure we knew exactly what to expect. Extremely professional, knowledgeable, courteous and friendly, I highly recommend working with them, and will be doing so again myself soon when I buy a new house!

  This was my second time purchasing a home. With my first time purchase, I went with Chase Blume. With my second purchase, I was shopping for loans but couldn’t find exactly what I was looking for..then I decided to reach out to Chase. He got back with me quickly and was able to provide the rates I was looking for! He was great with communication throughout this entire process.   Highly recommend! Mike is the most knowledgeable and responsive person I’ve ever worked with in any field. Buying/refinancing a home can be very stressful, but he takes out all of the guesswork and makes it easy. We have worked with other lenders in the past and it was always such a hassle.   Mike and Chase at Vanguard worked hard to get our mortgage processed quickly. They were friendly, responsive, and got us the rate we wanted at an expected cost. They took the time to send us explanations when we asked questions, and it was all completed online, up to the final signing. They have a great system and we would recommend them to anyone.
