Mr. Tyler5I've utilized their services in various capacities ... all have turned out fantastic. I've recommended associates who've in turn created larger,long standing business relationships with their staff. As a matter of fact I've recommended someone else today, particularly to speak with Kim. I look forward to continued years of service from this banking institution. I'd highly question an individual receiving poor or even rude service from this institution. Don't expect underhanded activity from a legit business, nor should anyone in business cosign on stupid practices. Keep up the great work!

January Coffey1They won’t listen, don’t care and won’t take the time understand. All they see is green, money is all they want. Made my car payment on time, every month and all they wanted was more. Every time you try to talk to someone they’re nasty, rude and act like your bothering them. Somebody hit my car, totaled it, all I needed was them to sign an owner retains letter and they refused under all circumstances. Even offered to pay them off in exchange for letter but they wouldn’t even consider it. After several attempts she emailed finally responded with I’ve signed what I’ve signed and that’s it. Insurance company paid all but 130 and I have gap insurance, because they refused to sign to letter I was left with no car. Had to get attorney involved just to get my car back which cost me even more. Dealing with children

CRYSTAL WILLIAMS1very unproffesional, they act like your interuppting them when you come in. cant seem to figure out anything other than a basic transaction, like talking to children. Heavy set rep named Alana was very rude, kept giving me the brush off "I'll let you know. lady named Jessica Gentry hung up on my twice, had to drive all the way out there to talk to manager who was no help at all. Horrible customer service, kept giving you the run around, every time i call its I'll get back with you or let me look into it and call you back but never do. worst customer service ever.

Maritza L5Im giving 5 stars because i can't get upset for having a bad experience with only one person over the phone, she was so rude and treated me so bad to the point i crying when i hung up the phone although JESSICA she was so nice and professional, i only talked to Jessica 3 o 4 times and always help me to understand everything i ask, im not using my name because im afraid of retaliation but you know exactly who im i and Yes you are very despicable mean person. I hope someday you get treated so poorly and perhaps somebody will humiliate you the wsy you did to me and i bet to a lot of customers. Please to the managers and the owners stop this evil person from harm your customers. Thank you jessica for helping me and apologize for this mean coworker of yours.
