  THIS PLACE IS A JOKE! SAVE YOUR MONEY! I used Dean Vance for my 2015 taxes last year and boy was I disappointed with my experience! His pricing is WAY above the national average, and I received less information than Turbotax software would have given me about my tax situation. I am a new homeowner and was looking for some very basic guidance on things to write-off and general advice on ways to reduce my taxes, so I figured I would hire a CPA and make sure I was doing everything correctly. I received no help or advice about these things, even though it was promised to me initially. In addition to being slow to respond, disorganised, and asking for the same information multiple times, they also needed to file for an extension and did not tell me this until the day that taxes were due. I also found out months later that they filed my local taxes incorrectly and did not account for my mid-year move to my new house (DUH), so I was penalized and had to pay extra fees to berkheimer for that.
