  My wife and I purchased our first home! It has been a surprisingly smooth experience, so much of this thanks to Jeff James and Karen Carlisle. Both very personable and proactive. Jeff guided us through every step of the process, answering questions, proactively communicating with us, keeping things well organized and timely, and consistently helping us feel, "We can really do this!"   I honestly can’t say enough about how awesome Jeff was to work with! With being self employed, he was able to make the process as painless and as easy as possible for ME. He was in the background working his magic and doing his thing and he only came to me when it was for paperwork I could only provide.   My husband and I are so grateful to have worked with Jeff James. This is our second time partnering with him as our mortgage specialist,loan officer, and home buying guru. Getting approved for a mortgage can be scary. Applying for that mortgage can be nerve wracking. Submitting the documents to obtain that mortgage and get it approved can be daunting, unless of course your mortgage specialist is Jeff James. He hands down made not only our first, but second home buying experience as stress free as possible.
