      Super Rude I called 15 mins before there closing time . Just for them to put me on hold & never get back to me. Purposely hung up the call at 7pm there closing time . Never letting me know whether i could possibly loose my necklace or not Truly Upset because all i Had was a simple question they refused to answer and just hang up there phone . Definitely never pawning anything or would be buying anything from this particular value pawn on the University Location Too bad i had to even leave a star in this review . The person that answered that call was a Male sounded like an older man and his name began with an A if i could remember .

      I don't usually make reviews but I'm so annoyed right now. I bought a camera with a warranty. Apparently after 24hrs, instead of receiving a refund, you just get store credit. They didn't tell me this upfront. Bad communication on their part. Staff couldn't care less. I'd give 0 stars if able. Go somewhere else.

      Just a very basic, slightly below-average neighborhood pawn shop. The prices they offer sellers are usually pretty absurdly low compared to other more reputable pawn shops.. The Outsider shop is pretty nice and well-maintained, but the inside is usually pretty dumpy. Parking is really about the only real positive I have with this place. It's kind of a shame because this is a great spot for a real pawn shop.
