  Woody and his team did a great job at making the difficult and timely process of buying a house short and easy. With in 5 minutes of initially talking with Woody I knew I could trust his judgement and he felt like family. He adapted to my form of communication, and communicated promptly and effectively. Every time I was giving my self a headache over right decisions or making a decision FMC walked me through decisions and put me at ease. My biggest issue was making the numbers work and they did a great job with making them work for me and my family.

  Start to finish, these guys looked after us very well. There was no need to meet in person as everything was done digitally. I spoke to Woody and explained what I was looking for and he made it happen for me. He also explained how mortgages are better or worse in the long run according to how they are structured. The process took a little longer than expected, but that was due to a complex ordeal on my end and due to appraisers being backed up, which could not be controlled. Ultimately, I my wife and I were VERY PLEASED and essentially got the mortgage that we wanted. Highly recommend these guys.
