  Bought a 40$ electric sander from this shop purchased from a heavyset man behind the counter by the name of roberto vero. 2626 simpron road. He implied to me that he wasnt at the level to make the transaction right right after selling us a broken tool and basically we got screwed just because we didnt make it in their time frame. I live 25 miles away i couldnt get back in an time for the warranty. But i just wanted to atleast get store credit. I work hard for my 40$ for them to rip me off. Niw i had to go buy a bran new electric sander and waste more money. On gas and all and time away from my job. I just wouldnt recommend going to this value pawn. They even implied that they were to inexperienced to help us in any way and told us we were basically screwed. Very lazy and inconvenient service. And when we were explaining this to them the lady that works with him i dont know her name but she was very arrogant telling us to leave "and have a nice day" she seemed very unprofessional and her apperance is very unpleasing she has tattoos and nose peircings and is just a very unpleasing person. Horrible service

  .The cashiers talks to you like you are off the streets . No customer service whatsoever. This is a very sad establishment they barely have any selection to choose from anyway. Don’t go here they suck i walked out ....went two miles down the road and i just purchased a computer from la familia !!’

  Unbeliabable i stop there because i needed a blue ray player and i thought would be good idea to visit . I was wrong i dig in the mess they got there of dvds and blue ray players no one help at all i went to ask for a hdmi cable to test a few for my surprise only one works and i have to download an app to got the remote because they didnt have it either ,so i finnally make it work was 20 dollars and i know is not to much room to wiggle so i only ask (because no remote, no attention) for just out the door but Joe Bottiga mng on shift not for that store i presume told me not even a penny if is out on the floor less than 3 month i reply please just taxes it didnt have a remote, i told him, i work for cash america and we do at least take taxes off if is necessary( loke this case) but again he reply company policy not even a penny, come on!!! You want to make gp like that?? Make happy a custummer like that??? I think was kind of out of the line and very unesesary ,come on you guys, you gonna lose a sale and a custumer for just the taxes of 20 dollars?? so i left and thats all. My recomendation some training in sales like we do( in cash america) is ecential to make money and good custumer and associate relationahips you never gonna meke money like that. So sorry i have to give this review but i hope dont happens to anyone.
