  Uneducated, disorganized, and yes-men. They don't know how mortgages work, inspections, finances, or in general anything that we would like a bank to know, instead you can expect them to shake your hand, smile, and say yes without know what your talking about. Personally, work in Financial Crime Prevention, have my Masters degree, and organize investments. Their loan processor sent me documents several times that I already filled out weeks before and I was required to redo them at 3-4 times. The only way we got them to do their job was going five levels up until someone organized my file. Furthermore, the guy working at the bank knew nothing about loans, money, or really anything about banking. They said the Inspection they ordered for my FHA Loan was going to be an in-depth inspection, as required for FHA, however at closing I find out it was a "Visual Inspection" and they charged me over $400 for it under a ruse complimented with convincing me I'd waste my money paying for my own inspector, since theirs is already capable. Then in 1 month the AC broke and I was on the hook, in a short period of time, to buy an entirely new AC System (+$3000).

  Tellers are helpful but drive through lines tend to have half-hour wait times in multiple lanes. Popular bank.

  The world worst bank branch and slowest customer service. This Branch doesn’t even have a commercial drive thru lane and doing commercial banking here takes forever. I am thinking of ending a 8 years commercial relation with them

  By far the worst bank I have ever been to. they charge a $7 fee to cash checks that were written from their bank. there is no other banking institution that runs like this except for Amscot. they state that if you don't have an account with them they must charge you the fee even when the check is written from TD Bank. horrible banking institution if I ever receive a check from these people again I will be returning it to the sender I will never receive a check from TD Bank again.

  Why!?!?!? I hate this bank so much, like how is this fair that i have to wait an hour and 20 minutes on the drive-thru for just a deposit!?! Are you serious? All the time...

  GREAT PLACE TO BANK AND THEIR EVEN OPEN ON SUNDAY. THEIR BILL PAY IS QUICK AND SIMPLE FOR ONLINE PAYMENTS PLUS IT SAVES ME STAMPS. GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE AND FOR THOSE OF YOU WHO TRAVEL AND WANT TO BUY THAT COUNTRYS MONEY . THEY CAN PROVIDE THAT IN A COUPLE OF DAYS.. I AM GOING TO CHINA THEY GOT ME YUAN IN TWO DAYS..

  Horribleeeee imI had an accout with td for over 20 yrs in NJ was lovely never an issue......here on oceola parkway alwaysss an issue no atm....lines super slow....cust service is non existent im soooo closing my account going elsewere!!!

  It's supposed to be the most convenient bank in America. And there were like 10+ people waiting in the lobby and they got only one customer servers manager to deal with us all.
