  Shirley and her team have made impossible deals possible! On several occasions Shirley and her team have made miracles happen. It seem almost every deal I bring to her has a ridiculously quick contract to close time, and every time they make it happen. One time she closed a deal start to finish on 10 days…….10 days…. Get out of here, that’s amazing!!! Thank you so much Shirley for being one of the best in the biz.

  I came into contact with Shirley through an inquiry on a military website and have known Shirley Mueller since 2006, when I got my first VA loan. I refinanced that house twice with Shirley. Later in 2013 we bought our next house and Shirley helped me get another VA loan, while dealing with some complicated VA rules. Shirley has been great at helping me understand the VA loan process and she was also able to explain other loan options as well. Even though I was in Florida and Shirley was in Texas, Shirley communicates well and I have been able to transmit all documents electronically. I’ve lost count but I think I have closed on at least five loans with Shirley including original loans and refinances. Every loan closed without any issues or delays. And Shirley kept me informed on all costs and what to expect in the next step. I actually did talk with two other loan agents during this time and I never felt comfortable and confident with those people and came back to Shirley each time.
