  Had the pleasure of opening up a couple of new accounts with Mario at Valley Strong's Coffee Road location today. Very knowledgeable, patient and professional yet still friendly. They me a daunting task very easy. Highly recommend.

  Valley strong gave me a notice of a visa credit card and I applied for it over 6 weeks ago . Checked and was told it was approved but have never received the card. Also received notice that a debit card to wife’s account has not been used for several months but I know it has. Valley strong doesn’t want to send me a new card . This is not acceptable to me because your a financial institution for me that my money goes to and your taking away access to my money after hours. Poor customer service to me.

  I went in to get a personal loan and the loan officer’s there are fantastic. Went above and beyond to help me get the best rate. With service like this I’ll definitely be a long time customer at valley strong.

  My husband, daughter, and I went to this branch of Valley Strong Credit Union on Friday to consolidate several accounts and add our daughter on our account. The Valley Strong employee, Henry, was wonderful. We had lots of updating to do on the old accounts and then new things to add. Henry knew how to handle everything perfectly and we got everything accomplished and new checks ordered smoothly. Thank you Henry for working so patiently with us!
