      Customer service is not the best. Never enough tellers. Today I went to the bank and requested some registers for my checkbook. I told the teller, that I go through check registers rather quickly. I requested a couple more and she informed me, that’s all she had. I’m sure, that another teller or in a supply area, that there were more check registers. I seldom go into the bank and this was lazy on her part.

      Its not as good as it used to be. I deposited cash in their ATM many times but one day the machine went down in the middle of my transaction and it took them 5 days to get my money deposited. My bills were late. I also dont understand why they need to count cash 4 times. I understand twice but 4 times? You either can count or you can’t.

      DO NOT BANK WITH THEM. Absolutely HORRIBLE. Thieving bank that will purposely over draft and fine you if you do not update your address with them. I've updated my info with them FIVE TIMES over the phone and in person. RIDICULOUS. Again, I can not stress enough DO NOT BANK with them beyond the $25 minimum they require when you take a loan out. If it was just for loan rates, they get 4 stars. Unfortunately, you have to maintain a facade of an account with them and their service is nothing short of god-awful and their technology is almost 3rd world. Do yourself a favor and bank with a quality institution which would be anything other than Valley First.

      TERRIBLE!! I deposited a check via ATM on November 9th, and it’s been on hold, it’s now November 13th and it’s still on hold, when I try to call the bank it’s always a busy signal I get. What is going on. If I could I would give this branch “No Stars” Stay away!!
