Chase Bank Reviews

M P1Horrible banking experience. The staff is rude. I don’t know what happened to our small town bank. I’ve banked here for many years from bank name change to bank name change. Will never bank at this branch again. This is the second time I’ve encounter this at this branch. This is so very sad this has become an institute of control and not a bank of helpfulness.

Blindshilo1Been trying to talk to someone for the last three days to increase my limit for purchases. I have called the branch 17 times in the last three days. Phone rings, but no one ever answers. I finally went into the branch in-person, and they told me all I had to do was call the 1-800# on the back of my card, simple! The phone number is actually a 1-877# and it doesn't give me that option at all. So, gotta plan to go in again to ask AGAIN, since of course, no one is answering the phone. GOD I HATE CHASE

Kathy Hogan1My Mother has been a customer here for years and years, she always got her checks for free, customer service said they don't do that anymore,My Mom was ok with that, but she only pays her rent once a month with a check,so she didn't need alot of them, she was told they only sell them by large quantities,so she was charged 80.00 ,shame on you!! Fixed income, long standing customer,I'm not impressed with the service you provide!! My Mom's 87 and been with you since since she was in her forties!! You have no right to charge your senior customer like that,it's not right, you should have heart!!!

Jim Kimberlin1Horrible customer service!!! Went in to talk to a banker due to someone opening an account in my name (account fraud) and dude didnt care. Helped others who were there after me, claimed they had an appointment. I waited over 30 mins before I walked out! This bank is seriously lacking in care, understanding and respect

Marcie Dunn1Recently had an insurance claim on my home. Chase carries the mortgage so i am forced to go through them. I sat at bank for over an hour to talk to a customer representative. Not a single greeting. Then when I tried to speak with someone I was given the hold finger as he got on his phone. I will never bank with chase. Poor customer service.

John O'Flaherty5I've been with this bank (indirectly mind you), since they were Home Savings & Loan, back when I lived in Walnut Creek, in a tiny 1 BR apt in the late 90's. Then Washington Mutual bought out HS&L in the what? ...early to mid 00's? And then Chase bought out WM in the early 10's (I think?). Point is, I've been with the "brides" of the mergers the whole way, and now that it's Chase, I've continued to be very happy. Whether it was working with the staff in my old stomping grounds of San Leandro, Danville, Concord, etc... or my new home in Oakdale, that I've been in since Mar 2016... these guys have always been very helpful.
