  Allison is an extremely knowledgeable lender and her team are amazingly helpful. Melissa took a huge part in the process as well. 5 stars for them all. The only mortgage lending company I would recommend.

  I really did like Allison in the beginning, August of 2017, when we were trying to get pre approved for a home loan. She told us what we needed to work on and gave some good information. I now realize that she obviously, for whatever reason, just didn’t want to take us on as clients. Fast forward a year and we returned to Allison to take a look at getting us into a house. Again, she said that we wouldn’t be approved and that we had lots to do before she could get us into a house. Well I decided to get a second opinion, and I’m so glad I did! We will be closing on our first house in about 2 weeks! Thanks for nothing, Allison Carroll.

  My husband and I absolutely love working with Allison. She has been helpful every step of the way as we purchase our first house. She is also so patient. My husband can have numerous questions and Allison always takes the time to answer them fully and help guide us. I would truly recommend to anyone buying a new home and especially first time buyers.

  Allison Carroll is amazing! We had the best experience using her as our mortgage lender. She was very easy to talk with and did an excellent job explaining the process. She was very organized, timely, and bent over backwards for us. I always recommend her!

  I knew when I first went to Allison that my credit score was too low and I needed to do some work. She pulled my credit and filled out an app to see where I stood. She sat with me and told me where to focus my efforts (I had already been working on my own for several months). I followed her guidance and she and her team worked very hard on my file and when the time came, the process was a breeze. It felt like she was holding my hand the whole time. This was my first home purchase; no matter what my question was, how silly I thought it was, Allison or her team took the time to answer. They are all amazing! 😍

  Allison and her secretary’s are far the WORST when it comes to helping others find a home . I have worked with them over 7 months and litterly got no where ! They never returned any of my calls and Allison was always on vacation and never was there for her clients . It seemed like they always told me the same thing that Allison will be back next week because she’s on vacation. I finally decided not to get help from there they are incompetent, racist and not helpful what so ever . DO NOT GO WITH THEM THEY ONLY WILL WAIST YOUR TIME AND WILL GET YOU NOTHING but FALSE HOPES !!!!
