  Terrible experience, poor service and attitudes. Owner Mark called me a pain in the a$$ when he had to refund me for product he couldn't get. Yep... that happened. Said a couple of days to get Krugerrands just had to go pick them up in Orange County... no he had to scout them out. What he could get took three weeks. Wife Lisa covers for his bad behavior. See Yelp for my full review. Buying my gold elsewhere. Do not suggest. Buyer beware.

  Im educated when it comes to buying jewelry and what to look for and I have to say...Valley Exchanges has their entire inventory priced aggressively to sell. I went to three other jewelry stores in the area and these guys had the best price for gold per gram which is something you should look at closely when buying precious metal jewelry. I picked up a clean Cuban style chain and some jewelry polish. Nice guys over here. If they treat you half as nice as they treated me you should have a positive experience.

  I actually called these folks before I went in to see if they were interested in buying an old silver bracelet and they told me they would stay open for me and they did. They ran my item right through their metal detection machine (not sure what to call it), weighed it, and gave me almost what I paid for it several years ago. They had a clean atmosphere, complimentary water for me and my lady, and I just felt like I was being taken care of.

  Professionalism at its finest!!! I recently purchased a large ticket item from these gentlemen and their pricing, attention to detail and ability to handle things with a sense of urgency simply can't be matched!! I am typically a highly expectant and overall picky customer and they completely knocked it out of the park.

  So this guy was so rude to me over the phone. I just called in and tried to get a quote on a Loius purse, did what he asked me to do by sending pics and he called me back less then a minute later and tried to tell me while yelling at me and being so rude and so unprofessional telling me my AUTHENTIC Louis (that has been viewed recently by 2 collectors one being a former Louis worker and collector for 20 years who happens to have 2 of the same purses as this model) was a knockoff. Excuse me sir yes i am young but your attitude and you being unprofessional is very unappreciated. Watch yourself. I have the cover for the purse as well a knock off wouldnt have a bag for your bag just to be bagged. Very unprofessional ill take ny business elsewhere.

  I inherited a small but incredibly diverse coin collection recently and did some due diligence before presenting it to Ken. He offered me more than I was expecting and was able to identify each individual coin and its history. His professionalism speaks for itself from his positive attitude and clean shop.

  Everything they had in the store was amazing, some of the best prices I've seen in years.. I got my mom a ring with diamonds all over it for her birthday . It was worth every penny and more to see that look on her face again!! Thanks guys I will be coming back ! I'm definetly letting all my buddies know about you guys.
