      I have banked at many banks from Wells Fargo, Bank of America to CITI bank and BBVA in Palm Springs has by far been the best bank. Pam and Ryan and all the other employees there are always so helpful, nice and so efficient. I would differently recommend this bank to anyone.

      I walked in to this location on 07/15/2021 needing a statement for the DMV. The staff a was awesome! They went above, and beyond the expectations! Thank you!

      I deposited a cashiers check at this branch, they made the deposit in some one else's account. To make it worse they debited my account with the hold amount turning my good standing account negative. So BBVA compass national phone customer service closes early on saturday and is closed on sunday, I had no money to run my business for 2 days. Stay away from this bank, after many years I'm very happy to have canceled my account.
