  I love VFCU. I used to be with a big bank, but I will take my credit union over them any day. I usually go to the King Ave branch. When my husband passed away, Jade was so caring and helpful getting our accounts settled. I know she stayed late one day to accommodate me. Lynn was great at helping me set up the right accounts for me. Refinancing my home was easy with the help of Kaitlin and Jessica. The people at any branch I visit are extremely friendly. Thank you VFCU!

  I'm grateful for the professional guidance I received when I thought my personal information had been compromised through a hacker on Facebook Messenger. I struggled with the normal anxiety of such a situation, but because of the guidance I was given, I was able to see it through and know that my credit information is frozen and safe. Thanks Valley Credit Union. I'll probably stay with you another 32 years if the Lord gives me that time.

  I’ve used VFCU for about 2.5 years now and they are amazing. They listen, care, and offer the perfect solution to any problem that arises. I’m not one to trust my money in banks but if I had to it would be valley‼️❤️

  I have been a member with Valley for years. Customer service is outstanding! Stacey in the loan department goes above and beyond. Never have I had a problem. Great friendly staff

  I love banking at the Valley Credit Union at 3025 King Ave. West. The location is easy to access for the ATM or lobby. The lobby is welcoming. I am always greeted and served in a timely manner. The tellers are always very helpful.
