  This is the best place for banking. The staff members are extremely helpful. Patricia, Judith, Maria, Linda, Lakeisha and Jenny as well as everyone else are very helpful. They always go above and beyond to make sure the needs of their customers are fully met. In my opinion, they all deserve the bonus and raise in their salary as well as Awarda for the employees of the month. They all get 10 stars for the excellence of their continuous service!!

  I am very happy the way Mrs Judy and the ladies at this branch have been treating me since i started coming to this bank. Mrs Judy is very polite and friendly. I like rhe staff from here. I thanks God for people like her that even during pandemic she supported her clients. God bless her and all the staff from here.

  Nicest and calmest people you can have in a bank. Never rude and their always patient with us. I thank them for their help and especially their employee named Judy. Judy was the nicest and easiest person I could work with and I thank her very much for the help she's given me in that bank :)

  I have been banking here for years and find this staff especially at this location to go above and beyond. They really take the time to get to know their customers and I love banking with them. Overall as a bank I have never had a problem and have been happy with everything they have to provide. Valley of Passaic park has been extremely excellent to me.

  Great bank. Judy and all of the other employees are always nice and helpful. I love this branch because it’s close to my house and they’re open on Sunday so if I can’t make it there during the week, I can still get my banking done then.

  I've been dealing with Valley for over 20+ years. Its a great bank that gets to know you personally and always give you 5 star service. Judith, is one of the best tellers in Northern NJ!!
