  My husband and I recently just closed on our first home, and we had the joy of working with Jeffrey throughout the process. From our very first phone call, we had a great rapport with Jeffrey — so much so, that even after speaking with a few other lenders, we opted to go with Jeffrey because of his knowledge and availability (seriously, I cannot imagine anyone being as hands on as he was throughout the entire experience). When we were ready to make an offer on our home, he really helped us understand our next steps, and explained everything we needed to know in great detail. We were happy with the rate we got through Jeffrey and Crown Home Mortgage, but more importantly we were so appreciative of the great customer experience throughout. We put our trust in Jeffrey, and he worked so well with our realtor and our attorney; although we anticipated a stressful home buying experience, it was the easiest, worry-free process!   Norberto helped me and my family obtain a mortgage for the purchase of our first home. He was very knowledgeable and he put us at ease during the stressful process.   Jeffrey was a tremendous resource who was so helpful in guiding us through the transaction. Every step of the way, he was there to answer all of our questions and provided superior customer service.   Jeff Cheng is very professional, attentive, patient, responsive, thoughtful, focused and he made the whole closing process seamless. I have had numerous family and friends tell me that their closing process was stressful, particularly because of their experience with their lender. I had no such issue with Jeff and I have already begun to actively recommend him to friends and family alike. Jeff is special- I would be ready to work with him on any future deal. I would rate him as an 11 out of 10!

  Juan Tejada what a nice person my experience we recently did refinance. He did the closing less the 30 day! and no appraisal fee!! He was recommended by my coworker, I absolutely thankful I had call him the day I was very disappointed with my other refinance company which I was working past 3 month. Folks, this place they look for your benefit and try to fit you in the best available APR % and your budget and they recommend you what is best for you free consultation that’s how it should be the business. Buying a new house or refinance it’s a lifetime commitment you need to know very clearly what you getting into good luck!
