  Long wait times, many old ATMs. Many many fees . Terrible service at the 1-800 number. And they're online app is not as good as newer Banks. It's been terrible two years since they bought my old Bank.

  Im not sure if some of them are rude persons or they only need more training and a multicultural customer service ,i always going with my fingers cross. But Im trying not to go.
