  Good evening, I had the opportunity to go personally and the customer service is very good, attentive always wanting to resolve the concerns of their customers, lately they are busy regarding the pandemic, you have to make an appointment to go, after all they respect all security measure regarding this pandemic, I recommend them

  They the worst .. the two in Paterson .. horrible customer service save ur energy and go elmwood branch if u can .. the tellers lazy don’t like to work i hate them at that place.. definitely gonna go get a chase acct .. I’m tired of Bank of America and their rude tellers

  THIS IS THE WORST AND MORE DISRESPECTFUL BANK OF AMERICA LOCATION I HAVE EVER VISIT FULL OF DOMINICAN LOW-CLASS WOMEN, and ONE COLOMBIAN WOMAN, WITH NO CLASS, NO EDUCATION, NO CUSTOMER SERVICE KNOWLEDGE AT ALL, AND WHEN YOU CALL THIS OFFICE THEY won't EVEN ANSWER THE PHONE....AND WHAT'S WORST IS THAT THEY HAVE ABOUT 7 EMPLOYEES THERE DOING NOTHING BUT SEATING ON THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICE DESKS AND OUT OF THE 6 TELLER WINDOWS, ONLY ONE EMPLOYEE ACTUALLY WORKING WITH A LINE OF CUSTOMERS ALL THE WAY TO THE ENTRANCE....PURE TRASH AT THEIR BEST...

  No one picks up the phone. At alI. I have one simple question that I need answered. I just need to know the fee for a cashiers check. I like to be prepared before I arrive.

  Evelyn is the best teller ever! She made my experience amazing, easy, and fast. I was in and out within 10 minutes for a difficult transition and she did everything correctly, which is such a rare sight these days! I never leave reviews but I really felt a need to comment about this amazing customer service! Will be back to this bank soon!

  This bank is not the closest one to my home but I came here a few times whenever I need help with opening business account etc. Geraldine Rivas help me out really quick and answered all my questions very well. I also would like to thank Erica Gomez for taking initiative to help.

  Cynthia would not cash or deposit my $97.00 check. She said the address on the check did not match what was on file. I later found out the address is the same on the account. Bank policy does not require addresses to match on names. I also had my debit card and used the pin. She still refused to cash or deposit the check.

  The employees here are very disrespectful and nasty. I said “have a nice day” to one of the tellers and she sat there and stared at me like I was a GHOST. In my 43 years of living on this planet I have never experienced such blatant rudeness. I will be closing my account and going to chase. More expensive but they treat people how they deserve to be treated
