  Not sure if this is a bank or a homeless shelter… homeless people somehow manage to bypass the door security and spend the night by the ATMs. Not safe!

  I went to the bank to ask a quick general question. One gentleman seems like Branch Manager asked me to sign on a book and wait. I told him that I just have a question...nothing related to my account. He keep saying I have to sign on and wait. Interesting is he was not helping any customer and he don't had any customer in front of him. I was waiting for 10 mins and left the bank without getting my question answer.

  Very close and convenient. The staff seems either busy or tired sometimes but its nice having them close to home. The Atm is also great because its always accessible

  Horrible Bank Overall. Good customer service, but this bank would do anything to charge you for over draft fees. They don't work with you, closed my account today.

  Best customer service I ever face they all are very helpful and friendly especially "Marleni Peralta " is the best teller at the bank she knows how to take care of customers !!!

  This branch is by far my favorite. Great service and I always feel welcomed. Lastly, Aneudy is worth the travel and the wait. 😘

  The branch manager is real has no clue about customer service.she sits all day and shoots the breez instead of taking care of customers.
