  I was grateful that the staff was friendly and knowledgeable. I also appreciated their willingness to give me their best price ( which was substantially lower than the sticker) without hassle. I would gladly shop with Valdosta Pawn again!

  Hi! Sorry you had a bad experience. But just to clarify, at around 10am you told our employee you would be in town for 30 more minutes and return, and that we would hold the item in the meantime. We proceeded to move forward with selling the item at around 2pm to another customer. Please do not expect us to hold items indefinitely when there was a specified timeframe of you returning. Also, absolutely under no circumstances is OK for a customer to try to buy a firearm from another customer in our store. That is extremely rude and uncalled for.

  Everyone is super nice and helpful and honest and they have a sweet selection of used guns as well as other things a pawn shop would have. Best prices on new Glocks and if you cant find something they can order it for you. Plus you can sell guns and if you don't like the offer they will generally give you other alternatives to help you get more for your money. I'd recommend them to everyone.

  They are always very friendly and helpful. You never have to worry about them taking your items and secretly selling them behind your back like some pawn stores do.
