Would give 0 stars if I could. The most unorganized non customer service focused bank I’ve ever had the displeasure of going to. Heaven forbid your debit card had fraud on it. If they think there’s fraud even when it’s not all transactions are denied until you prove to them it was you. OR they won’t even catch the fraud on your account and you have to catch it after they drain your account. Or if there is fraud you’ll be cardless for at least a month (if they even order it and you don’t have to call and ask them to order one) before they send you a new one and then you’ll get the card before the pin and still won’t be able to use it. On a separate note, they’ll also randomly change your account number without telling you because they “change systems” without any warning to their customers. If you love being cardless, looking stupid when trying to use your card and it randomly gets denied or your account number changing without any notice then sign right up. But if you prefer have stability and some sort of structure with your bank then I would recommend going elsewhere.

This is the sorriest excuse for a bank that I've ever had the displeasure of dealing with. Been with them for 10+ years and for the !last year, it's been one thing after the other. They have "held" funds on a transfer that never occurred for 3 days, while my account racks up NSF fees. They've utterly refused to correct issues of duplicate transfers, or release the holds on MY money, even though the institution the funds were transferred to has stated they didn't request further funds. Therefore, MY money is sitting in limbo with a 0.00 available balance, while the ACTUAL transfer has cleared my balance within 12 hours. They like to tell you that you have to "wait until the hold clears" on their mistakes, even fraudulent charges can't be disputed until those charges clear! They just tell you "we will refund NSF fees, as long as you don't use your card." Don't use your card?!?! God forbid you need food or gas to get to work, can't use that card for it. So if you choose this bank; make sure to keep emergency cash on hand to live on, for however long they decide to hold a bogus charge their system messed up and created, or someone fraudulently charged, because they will hold your money and you will have zero access to it, until that "hold" clears. But in the meantime, you're racking up NSF fees for no reason, and if they decide not to refund them all? Well, you still won't have your money, because it will go to pay your bogus NSF fees. I'm waiting on a bogus hold to clear for $127 right now, and that's almost my available balance, without that bogus hold; with it, I can't use my card at all or have access to my money. They've screwed me like this before, just recently, so I opened another account and set money aside there, to have access to, for when they decide to do this. My other bank, Renessant, has never done such a thing, and will immediately address bogus holds when I fill out a form. This crappy institution? You have to "wait until the holds clear". Done! As soon as this mess gets straight, I will go through the headache to switch everything to my other bank and be done with this crooked "bank"!

Really nice staff. If you are a member they have a free coin counter. If you are not a member there is a fee.

Charges arbitrary fees out of the blue. Doesn't allow access to funds in an account. Avoid like the plague.
