  Val Chris came with a high interest rate; however I’m very happy to be afforded the opportunity to renovate my house . Val Chris approved my equity line of credit application when no other bank would approve my application. I gave them a 4 because of the high 8.99 interest only offer.

  My experience was overall a good one. Not sure if it is every loan that goes this way, but it would be nice to have all of the paperwork and requirements ahead of time. I kept getting asked for more information and more information, more documents to sign, etc. It seems like perhaps a more thorough package could be prepared for all of those possibilities, and to get all of that information in the beginning. The process took much longer than I think it should as a result. However, once it got done, it was funded very quickly. I never had any problems or issues with any of the persons involved. There are many moving parts I am sure with transactions such as this, and I am grateful to the broker and Val Chris for helping me get what I needed.

  Vary, Vary rude and unprofessional Customer Service from women that I spoke to over the phone. First I called, I mentioned I was trying to get some basic information about their hard money lending. She said she was on the other line that she would call me back. So I left my contact info. waited 30-45 minutes, never received a call back so decided to call again. She answers and says "Hey you just called a while ago", so I repeat my question how I just needed some general information. She mentioned that before anything I need to get a property in contract. which is good to know but just the way she was talking to me made me feel like my business is not good enough for them. Then she tells me, " I am gonna make this short and sweet because i have a tons of work that needs to get done today plus i have actual properties that need to close today. I've been talking to a few different private lenders and not one of them have had such bad attitude. 46 4.6 Stars Google Reviews is what made me give them a call, They may be great lenders and be awesome in other areas. I don't know, My review is on customer service from the 1 person which is the first impression of the company.

  This is,the,2nd time I have borrowed from Val Chris Investment. Steve is fantastic! He got everything done so quick and smoothly I was so pleased. The first time I borrowed from them it went just,as I hoped. This is my 2nd time closing was done quickly no problems at all. I would recommend Val Chris to everyone! Ask for Steve B.
