  My wife and I had an absolutely amazing experience with The Kelso Team at On Q! We had originally chosen to go with a "big bank" as our lender, but two days before closing we were bait & switched by them and forced into a product we didn't want. I called up Bill right away and both Bill & John (along with the rest of the team) helped us do the impossible and closed us within two weeks so that we wouldn't be penalized by our builder! Their staff are so incredibly friendly and amazing to work with that I would HIGHLY recommend them to ANYONE looking for a professional, honest, and diligent lender. These guys are not kidding when they say they'll do anything for you!

  We tried with 3 different lenders for over a year to do a re-fi. We have always had great credit and have a lot of equity as well. but still the major banks would just drag their feet and take us through the grueling process of re-submission after re-submission of our financials. Bill Kelso took one look at our situation and said he could get us a re-fi lowering our 30 year loan interest rate a full point within 30 days. He did it in less than 30 days and was extremely helpful throughout the process! He also kept in constant communication with us throughout the process which made us feel like this could actually happen!
