  Direct Finance is hands down the best refi experience I have ever had. Alex instilled the confidence I needed to choose him in making a critical deadline that was essential to my particular circumstances... and he did not let me down. We even closed ahead of schedule! My process was meticulously monitored and any concerns I had were promptly and courteously addressed with surprisingly attentive and thorough professionalism.   I chose Direct Finance for my refinance after another lending company would either not respond to questions or promise the impossible, having things change by the minute. The process was very quick and easy with minimal time spent during application through to funding. Response time for questions and communications were almost immediate from my loan officer Carlos Ibarra who walked me through and kept me updated at every step. Very satisfied customer!

  Thank you Direct Finance for making our refinance so easy! And for saving us so much money, every month! Anyone who has ever refinanced their house knows what an onerous experience it can be… unless all the stars are aligned and one is lucky enough to find a mortgage broker who is proactive, knowledgeable and competent. That individual is Alex Aguillares, who spearheaded the entire process. The surprising thing is that he made our refinance fun.   Great service. My refinance went through within a week. Yes within a week. Alex was phenomenal. He took care of the whole process with minimal bureaucracy. I was amazed by the efficient and timely service provided by this company. I would highly recommend this company to anyone who is looking for refinancing their mortgage.

  My mortage loan officer is Andrew Chu. He is extremely knowledgeable and goes way beyond to make sure that the details to my loan are as transparent and easy to understand as possible. Andrew has proven his ability to satisfy my needs time and time again, working hard to help educate me on every step of the loan process and following up with both escrow and agent to obtain all the information necessary to achieve the smoothest transaction. You could really feel that he's a sincere person who is giving his complete effort. I would recommend Andrew to all my close friends and family without question, because he is just that good.

  When shopping for rates to re-finance, I was happy we found Justin Clark of Direct Finance. I spoke to a banker from another lender who was arrogant & asked me "Why are you re-financing only now? The 1.99% rates you're looking for are long gone. That ship has sailed." Justin was different. Not pushy, he was polite, knowledgeable and mostly friendly. He listened patiently to our goals and always stressed he wants to be transparent. He did great to give us the best rates. These traits helped make our decision to go with Direct Finance. You have to feel comfortable working with the lender you entrust your financial data with. After all the paperwork and info were submitted (1 day after the call), our primary house closed in 14 days and our rental ptoperty closed in 22 days (appraisal needed). Quick turn around. Of course, I also have to commend the processors Charles Aparicio & his asst. Tiffany Truong for their great teamwork. More power to Direct Finance for helping us.

  I started the loan process with 2 lenders and then received a call from Direct Finance. All 3 lenders had comparable initial disclosures, but DF was the only one that locked me in early. The other lenders changed disclosures a week after the first one was signed. I was initially skeptical and decided to go with one of the other lenders, but Abe really committed to coming through with the best terms. He was even able to extend my lock period for a few days to make sure we could close on time. He and his team reached out and were always available during the process if I had any questions. I'll be sure to recommend Direct Finance to others who are lookin to refinance or purchasing a new home

  I wanted to take a moment and express my experiences with Direct Finance, this is my 3rd VA refinance with them and I must say that they have always exceeded my expectations. Abe Arnous and his team is nothing shy of outstanding service, they have been very responsive although I know how busy they are when rates are at all time low. I felt as if I had answers before I asked questions. Not only they got me the best terms but I also received excellent service. I will always go to them for anything mortgage related.
