  My bank wouldn’t touch my complicated deal. They frankly didn’t understand what I needed. VIP not only saw what we were trying to accomplish but added elements to the deal to make it smoother, more affordable and faster than my escrow office could believe. Three days from start to finish on 100% financing. Not only was I impressed but my escrow officer and my realtor were amazed at the efficiency of VIP. They both said they’ll use VIP in the future when a deal gets complicated and the bank can’t fit their qualified client into the corporate pigeon hole for regular financing. What my bank couldn’t get done in two weeks, VIP did in three days. Unheard of in this day and age. And the whole staff was so polite and respectful of my time and went out of their way to insure I understood all the paperwork. If there were more stars I’d give them all to VIP Trust.

  Recommended by my financial advisor, I contacted Peter to explain the financial timing issue I was experiencing to see if he was able to help. I’m halfway through that deal now and Peter has been very helpful in making the process as seamless as possible and I now have the $800k needed to close on the home purchase I making this week. In a few weeks when the property I own outright closes, he will be made whole. All without the extreme hassles encountered when working with a bank and it is costing me less than a bank.would charge. Thank you Peter & Co for making this process about as stress-free and simple as one could imagine. I recommend VIP whole-heartedly!

  VIP Trust Deed was great! Peter, Annette, and the entire gang over there were quick and so accommodating. We were working on a ground up project and the conventional loan was taking forever. In stepped Peter and the rest is history. I would highly recommend using their services.

  Thank you...Most mortgage brokers do business with "conventional" lenders who don't give a damn about them.. Then the borrower usually does one deal with them and doesn't care about them either.
