  When we started looking for our first home, we were referred to Joe Everrett and I am so glad we made that connection. Being first time home owners, we had a million questions and during the latest housing boom, we were totally lost. Through the whole process, Joe was cool, calm, and collected and answered all of the questions that we had. Joe has a great way of answering questions and explaining situations without talking down or dismissing any of our concerns. Through the whole process Joe was available to bounce ideas off and give us potential numbers that helped the offer process. When we finally had an offer accepted, Joe went into hyperdrive. Anytime there was a question about the various forms that needed signatures, Joe was there to explain what the form was about and what needed to be done. Even when something on our end fell through, Joe had a back up plan and the situation was cleared up within an hour. While we hope to not have to be looking for a new place anytime soon, our first call will be to Joe Everrett and Great American Financial. Thanks Joe!

  Earl at Great American Financial helped us with our mortgage loan on the new house and he was great to work with! At first we were working with another loan company but then our realtor (Marty Berardini) recommended Earl and it was smooth sailing after that!   This review is specifically about Chad Everett. I was very lucky to be put into touch with Chad whom made a very compelling case for me to choose him for my first home loan. I was very diligent about shopping rates and Chad beat all the best rates I found. Even through a tumultuous buying process, Chad was a reliable advocate for me. I had some concerns about closing on time and Chad made sure I was satisfied with the outcome. He was available at any time I called, and I'm sure I called at some less civil times than most. I highly recommend him to anyone financing a home.
