  Just closed a HELOC loan. Very transparent and quick process. And loan terms are awesome: 0% for the next months, 0 closing fees. Probably the best offer in the area available at the moment!

  Service is exceptional. Quick, friendly, knowledgeable. I used to bank with Chase but UW Credit Union is far superior as far as making me feel safe about my financial information and money, as well as choices in things like loans.

  Good customer service. Staff at Waukesha Branch are friendly and helpful. I would love more fee free ATMs around Waukesha county and the ability to withdraw more than $200 per day from ATM. But I will take good customer service over those any day.

  It's been good. I can't think of anything to complain about. I moved to this bank because I was with a smaller local bank (which I liked). My old bank wasn't making many improvements to it's online banking offerings. UWCU has been good to me.

  Used to love this branch. Employees were super friendly and helpful. However, I agree with Robert. Not being able to utilize the lobby is complete garbage. I am an inside banker. I like my withdrawals counted out to me and I am definitely not a fan of the long, slow lanes at the drive up. Takes forever to get MY money. All of the other banks I or my family uses has an open lobby. There are ways to serve customers safely. Fed up!

  To the extent you can avoid using UW as a creditor, I advise you do so. The customer service is extremely slow. I typically wait 15-30 minutes just to talk to someone. The worst part is I usually am calling because of a mistake they made. This company has given me more headache than any other credit union/bank I currently use. Please look at better managed companies before you settle on UW Credit Union. Advia right across the road is much better with customer service. Also, did I mention that for my loan payment, if I want to pay additional money towards principle, I need to transfer money into my savings at UW and then pay from there, even though my normal payments come directly from my bank account.

  This bank is horrible. They have great rates but that's where the pluses end. This thing with their lobbies still being closed 6 months after covid-19 started is total bs. Their drive thru is the slowest in town and the only way you can get any service short of sitting on the phone for 20 min to try and schedule an appointment. Going to have to start looking for an alternative bank because this is totally unacceptable.
