  I love this branch! Everyone here is helpful and super friendly. I love coming to this location the most. They have helped me quite a bit over the years. And they make you feel valued as a customer. I come here for most of my banking needs now. They are super cool about helping you with everything!

  Customer service over the phone leaves a lot to be desired. 25 minute phone hold time is unacceptable at a time when branches are not allowing you to walk in and speak to someone in person. Do better! 10/9/21 I scheduled a closing appointment for today at 11:30 AM with Sarah on my new Line of Credit application. I was told at the time the appointment was made that it was the only appointment slot left that day. Not wanting to wait until next week I rearranged by day around the 11:30 appointment. I arrived on-time for the appointment. Another person stepped in front of me. Sarah acknowledged that I had an appointment and asked me to have a seat while she met with the other person. If walk-ins are prioritized over scheduled appointments WHY SCHEDULE APPOINTMENTS? Had I been given the option of just walking in I would have done so much earlier in the day. In a day and age where all you hear about is RESPECT this felt very disrespectful. This was my second negative experience in the last 12 months with this branch. I've been a member of the UWCU for a quarter of a century and customer service seems to be deteriorating.

  Hi George, we completely understand your frustration with wait times on the phone. The pandemic has significantly increased our call volume – since March, we’ve answered 340,000 calls and messages from members, a 53% increase over last year. Please know we are actively working on expanding our MSC team to accommodate this volume, among other solutions, to address the new challenges the pandemic has created.   Rude to their employees, steals your money with hidden "Qualifying Service Charges", and then throws their employees to the fire when the angry customer wonders why his money is being stolen. •USE ANY OTHER CREDIT UNION•
