  It had been a while since I had last applied for a mortgage and the process was very different then. Bob explained the new rules and simplified the steps whenever he could. We closed within 30 days. Bob had the ability to shop the transaction to get me the best rate. He is very knowledgeable about the different programs. My loan was pretty straightforward, but I would encourage anyone regardless of their circumstances to check with Bob before deciding. He has access to many different programs. His experience with purchasers helps guide what can be a complex and stressful situation. I would also recommend him if considering a refinance. Whether reducing your rate, payment, or taking cash out, it’s worth your time to have Bob explore your options. Great integrity and professionalism. Highly recommended!
