  I've been a customer since I was 11 (I don't want even say how long ago that was) . The Phoenixville branch has been my closest branch for personal and business banking and I cannot say enough about how well they treat their customers and how helpful the entire team is. Thanks to everyone for spectacular service.

  We had a tax check and I have a shattered foot, I signed it that wasn't good enough. They made me hobble up there on cruthes. Go up there and this blonde woman stated you're not using our bank to cash your check. Then my husband , quite rudely she says," NO WE'RE NOT GONNA TRY THAT EITHER!" SO DISGUSTINGLY RUDE, I'VE NEVER BEEN TALKED TO BY A STRANGER B4!!! HER MANOR GROSS!! SHE PICKED THE WRONG JOB THAT'S FOR SURE. THIS WAS IN PHOENIXVILLE ON WED THE 13TH OF MARCH.... SO RUDE, I CRIED ALL THE WAY HOME!!!!!

  The lady named Linda was real rude and ignorant on the phone I called about my checking account and she talked to me like I was a dog or 6 year old kid im thinking about switching banks because of how nasty Linda talked to me!

  Friendly staff that's quick and efficient. Don't forget to get your coffee/ tea before you leave.
