  was shopping around for a HELOC from multiple local credit unions. Utah First ended up having the best deal and Nick Porter with Utah First walked me through a mostly smooth process all the way to closing. Super excited to continue my relationship with this CU!

  Nick and all of them at Utah First are absolutely fantastic! But Nick in particular was just great. He is obviously proud of his work and helping members and nonmembers alike. He had great advice and solutions to build my credit and will continue to be my go to guy! Absolutely amazing! Thanks Nick!

  Johnny at the Utah First Midvale Branch was AMAZING to work with. He had our HELOC ready to go in less than 2 weeks! He was very pleasant and took time to answer any questions we had. I would highly recommend working with him. :)

  Excellent service, very excited to be banking with Utah First Credit Union. Nick did a great job make the process and quick and seem less as possible. I would definitely recommend switching to Utah First Credit Union

  So I gave 2 stars the first time cuz things didn't go super smooth. Ten minuets later they called wanting to make things better ..pretty impressive. so I upped the stars, for making a though call and then making time to resolve something not easy to resolve.

  I have stated to move all my banking needs to utah first they have the best customer service experience ever. makes switching car loans mortgage loans over to lower rates and better service when you need life to be less stressful they make it easy thanks to all that have made it all happen for me and my family

  Yesterday I visited your Midvale Branch. Allie and Hailey were most pleasant and helpful to work with. They both worked on my problem for quite a while and Allie even texted me a website I could use to get my problem resolved and my money refunded.
