  The refinance of my mortgage was fast and easy. By far, the best experience that I have ever had. Everything happened as I was told it would, there were no surprises. Josh Webster is amazing.

  Oh my gosh, the team is amazing and quick and on the ball, I had a tight time frame to work in and from going under contract they had me closed and everything in 23 days, with an amazing interest rate as well. I know a lot of mortgage companies, but honestly dealing with Peter and his team has been the best and easiest to date. They are upfront with expectations and requirements which made no delays. So so happy, thanks guys!!

  Rob was a great agent when we needed him most he showed up got things handled got what needed to be done as quick as possible he does the impossible as well as the team he works with. Zero down usda loan him and stephen are a damn good team and come through in many ways i would highly recommend as well as suggest rob for your person of contact for your next mortgage.

  I work as a referring LO with Innovative Mortgage Alliance so I'm a bit "prejudice"...but I've also been in the residential mortgage business working with and in a variety of companies for 18 yrs. so I know a good mortgage origination company when I see it. Innovative is better than good!

  We started refinancing with Citibank in October 2020, five and a half months later we decided to go with Innovative Mortgage. We started the refi with them at the middle of March and we closed April 28. paid half the fees that Citibank was charging. I would use them again

  These guys are the best. I've worked with them on a few things and I love that they know their stuff. Their only interest is in doing what was right for us. I never felt pressured or in the dark. They've gained a lifelong client here with me and my family.

  First of all, they were the only broker that could find a lender that would do a cash out refinance at a good rate 4.19%. The only complaint was the time to close the loan. It took about 70 days from start to finish. I don't think it was their issues but more the issues of the lender. Every time I called to check I got a reponse.

  Great company to work with! Made the process simple, straightforward and relaxed. Exceedingly competitive rates and stellar service. My primary point of contact was Braiden Shaw, who was extremely well versed in his field and continuously went the extra mile to make sure I ended up with the best deal possible. Even after closing he continued to monitor rates to see if refinancing becomes a viable option at any point. I’d highly recommend this company to any homebuyer, first time or otherwise!
