  Unfortunately I forgot the name of the young man who helped me, but he was extremely patient and helpful, so he deserves recognition. I got there 30 min before they were closing, and he still took the time to listen to what I needed and answered all my questions. He offered an ipad and helped me set my online account guiding me step by step. He even went above and beyond by googling how to set my account from another bank, so I could do auto payments through the app.

  I just HAD to come on here and review my experience today. Tyson went above and beyond.. and I mean ABOVE AND BEYOND to help me in my loan application. I have never in my life came across someone that genuinely cared to hear about my circumstances and do what he can to help me out. I’ve been crying in the parking lot for 15 minutes because I just can’t believe how helpful and amazing he was. If I could give 20 stars I would. Tyson, thank you again. This branch is extremely lucky to have someone as caring and considerate as you. You have no idea how much you helped me out today. I pray God multiples your blessings times ten!

  I started out liking them as a credit union but slowly have changed my mind. First they do everything they can to not count your debit transactions during the month so they can charge you a maintenance fee on checking accounts. Such as charging it on the 30th instead of the 1st or suddenly pending all small charges close to the end of the month when those charges from the exact same place go through immediately at any other time. Then I had to correct my address with them several times and still have not received any mail from them, including my new cards to actually be able to bank with them. When I finally went in to talk to them about it and explain what's happening as they had frozen my debit card for fraud and did not tell me anywhere on their mobile banking site, they didn't tell me they'd be charging a $5 fee to print a new card that I never received because somehow they're the only ones who can't correctly send me mail. At this point I'm looking to move my money elsewhere. They don't provide good enough service to justify a monthly fee.

  Fernanda was amazing! The last loan officer didn’t finish our application all the way and we already had the seller here to sell their car to us. She helped us figure out everything quickly before closing and was so nice and helpful the whole time!

  Worst bank teller I have ever had. I was the only one in the drive thru waited minutes for help then another car pulls up after the teller got all my information and ends up helping the person who pulled up a minute after me. Cause she was in a hurry!! So pushes my stuff aside to take care of the in a "Hurry lady" I guess if I ever go back I need to tell them I am in a hurry and bypass the other people who was there before me.

  I went in to get a small personal loan and Kevin was the Loan Officer that helped me. I can’t thank him enough, it’s was past closing, he was still helping me with my loan. There was an issue we ran into and he was able to still fix it that night instead of waiting for the next day. He really tried to help me and he did. I greatly appreciate how I was treated by him and everyone else there. Especially for it being close to closing when I went in and left after they were well past closed. Thanks Kevin!

  I visited this branch due to it being the closest location to the car dealership I intended to purchase a vehicle from. I primarily use the app or go to my local branch in AF if I absolutely have to. I had such a great experience with the two female representatives I worked with to finalize my auto loan. I regret not remembering their names but they were kind, thorough and efficient. They even managed to up-sell me on an add-on for the auto loan I haven’t considered in the past due to the way they educated me on the benefits of it. Definitely recommend this branch for their professionalism and very customer-focused approach .

  Kevin was so awesome to work with! We needed a same day auto loan and he got us approved at a better rate than any other bank and out the door ready to purchase within an hour! He was extremely patient and knowledgeable regarding all of our questions.

  Great and Fast Service. They won best in state by Forbes for a good reason Ms. Hernandez was knowledgeable and helpful. She closed my loan start to finish in less than 2 hours. Looking forward to a long and fruitful relationship with this institution
