  I went in for a car loan and I came away with a a better financial institution. Not only did Tori help me get the loan, but helped me with a checking, savings, and got me a better interest rate on a credit card balance transfer. Overall this was a great banking experience.

  DO NOT OPEN your account with this bank! The app is extremely outdated its always being worked on! The apps supper slow! Credit cards don’t ever work takes them over two months to fix it! Horrible credit card benefits. The lack of communication is horrible!Anytime you go into a branch you’ll have your money handled by someones “first day” and in training and you’ll find your self coming into the bank several times to fix it! No one ever has credit advice, disgusting attitude from any accountant there alway! If you like your money handled by clowns and horrible service this is for you! GREAT BENEFIT, bank lobbys always empty!!(you’ll still sit around waiting for minutes!)

  Switching from Bank of America Fork/Alta Bank to Utah Community Credit Union overall has been amazing. I had a little issue with some mortgage questions but other than that 😁.

  I recently went to UCCU to discuss a transaction that had processed twice on my account. Instead of getting clarification as to what happened I was belittled by an employee from member services by the name of STEPHANIE. She intruded the conversation I was having with the teller and instead made me feel like I was at fault. She was passive aggressive the entire time and didn’t listen to the questions I needed answered. STEPHANIE seemed more Interested in putting me down and making me feel at fault for something that was out of my control.Clearly I was beyond frustrated at that point. She began excusing the matter by telling me there was nothing they could do and literally told me “why are you still here”. STEPHANIE clearly wasn’t interested in helping me but more invested into kicking me out. Never in my years of customer service have I ever had someone talk to me the way she did. I felt cheated for a simple mistake that was handled poorly on their end, here I was getting the backlash of bad customer service from STEPHANIE making me feel worthless as a member. To top it off once I asked for her name she bluntly refused to give it to me. Which is unheard of in the line of work she’s in. One star is not even deserved for the way STEPHANIE handled her so called “member service skills”

  I've been banking with Uccu for over 30 years. They have always taken great care of me. I recently got a car loan with them. The whole experience was smooth. Thanks Uccu, for being awesome!

  Applied for a heloc online 2.5 weeks ago and I'm closing in 2 days. Fast. Easy. Friendly. All docs I was able to sign on my phone. Only the deed I had to go to my nearest branch to wet sign. My loan officer had the docs locked and loaded and sent off to my location where I was for a few minutes. I would highly recommend getting a heloc or other lines from UCCU. I shopped around for a while and for me, they had the best draw periods vs the monthly pmts. They also have the lowest intro rate out there for 6 months at .99%. So definitely take advantage if you have a project .

  Worst service. Your employees don’t know how to say good afternoon and the employee today wasn’t good mood. I was in the American Fork branch today at 5:00 p.m

  We walked in frustrated with problems we’d had at a different location. Preston was extremely patient and took full responsibility for the situation, and worked hard until everything was resolved. Give that guy a raise

  UCCU is amazing to work with. They gave always been friendly, helpful, and willing to answer all my questions - I highly recommend them for home loans and banking services.
