  I have had great service with my loans Amy and alexis are great. I have had 3 loans , they know there stuff and help protect me as a customer. I have loans with another instution and they were going to charge me 8 to proceess my first payment with a teller, thats when i went to mountain america.. thank you

  I've been with MACU for years!!! I have recently had extensive experience with another credit union which has been horrible. I end up in that credit union repeatedly because of issues with such an unfriendly website. The people at MACU are so accommodating and prompt!! It is easy to reach them by phone and they handle any issues immediately. MACU's website is very user friendly.

  They got the best loan officers there , Breanna is the best , she knows her stuff and always willing to to help out ! I love the American fork location as the best branch in Utah county !

  Very upsetting situation today with this branch. I am here on a daily basis. I went in to cash a check but was denied because I did not have my I'd. I made it very clear that my wallet was m. I .a and that I was in the process of replacing everything. I had been in two days prior without my I'd and was granted the right to a new debit card based off of a few security questions . Today however I was denied on being able to cash the check due to no i.d. Went to the Orem branch and check was cashed in less then five min after having anwserd a few security questions. I guess this is more to vent then anything. I found the entire situation a bit ridiculous. I suggest visiting other branches outside the AF area.

  The personal banker I worked with today went above and beyond to help me setup a new account. I was impressed with his knowledge and efficiency.

  Went to pay off truck loan, they gave me a final amount. Paid that, and then they said there was $3.47 still left to pay. I paid it, but it clearly said on my receipt instead of having all my money go to the principle, they charged me $3.47 interest. It's not the amount, it is just annoying that they were dishonest about it.

  Love macu, the only complaint I have is how long they keep you on hold. If you don't get a rep, immediately you may be on hold for as long as your time allows. It's kind of a joke. Hire more people for your call center. Pay them well so they stay.

  i couldn't find a survey thing but i just wanted to say my bank is in american fork and the servise was amazing!!! first i had questions about different accounts that i should sign up for and all my questions were answered and then i lost my keys. i asked for help and the branch manager helped me find them with the guy that was helping me his name was kai. best bank ever!!! im not sure if sending this does anything but i hope it does. thanks guys. danny
