      I would like to say that I truly appreciate all the help and patience. The Chula Vista branch has took the time to help me understand how to understand my credit score and credit usage.       I had an issue opening an account but thanks to Manny, I was able to resolve the issue and open an account. Thanks Manny! Now a year later, I stop in to make a deposit and had a question about opening a savings account. I was tended by Ana and she was very courteous, professional, friendly, helpful and much more.       This USE Credit Union branch has the most knowledgeable staff I have ever come across. They take the time to listen to your needs and treat you like a valuable customer. They are simply the best.

      The tellers only want you to keep your account with this bank to the point that they won’t close your account when you ask them too. I’ve had a horrible experience with this bank has been such an inconvenience filling extra paperwork for them to close my account because the teller didn’t close it. Don’t recommend this bank.
